Old Marylebone Town Hall is one of my favourite London register offices to shoot - there's a lovely simplicity to it that suits an intimate, no-fuss wedding. No twelve-hour timeline, no enormous guest list, just the two of you (and maybe a handful of people who matter most) doing the thing properly.

This kind of day is exactly what my London Mini collection is built for - a couple of focused hours capturing the ceremony and the moments around it, without the cost or scale of a full wedding day.

Maia and Alex's day was proof that a London elopement can be every bit as sophisticated and editorial as a full country wedding — just distilled down to what actually matters. They arrived by tube, which somehow made the whole thing feel even more special: no fuss, no fleet of cars, just the two of them making their way through the city on an ordinary Tuesday that was about to become anything but. Maia's outfit was the perfect combination — a sharp mini skirt paired with an incredible bouquet of bright pink flowers that popped against the Town Hall's classic architecture. It was fast, it was fun, and it was unmistakably theirs.
